Di per s\u00e9 \u00e8 inattivo e per esercitare il suo effetto sul metabolismo deve essere convertito nella forma attiva T3 (triiodotironina).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questa conversione avviene principalmente nel fegato e, affinch\u00e9 avvenga normalmente, l&#039;organismo ha bisogno di una quantit\u00e0 sufficiente di iodio. Tuttavia, anche molti altri nutrienti sono importanti, tra cui gli amminoacidi. Anche se assunti con il cibo, potrebbero non essere assorbiti sufficientemente bene. Ma molti pazienti continuano ad avere problemi con sintomi quali stanchezza, predisposizione alle infezioni e difficolt\u00e0 di concentrazione. \u00c8 possibile che i livelli ormonali siano normali e che la persona non si senta comunque bene e si ammali spesso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 ormai chiaro che, oltre ai farmaci, anche l&#039;alimentazione \u00e8 importante, sebbene non esista una dieta specifica per l&#039;ipotiroidismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ricezione di <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bolenzdrav.com\/hranene\/10-prichini-da-yadem-poveche-yajtsa\/\">aminoacidi<\/a><\/strong>, insieme ad altre sostanze importanti per la tiroide (antiossidanti, vitamine, minerali), \u00e8 un fattore essenziale nella remissione dell&#039;ipotiroidismo di Hashimoto. Ci\u00f2 significa che \u00e8 possibile arrestare la progressione della malattia e superare la stanchezza e altri sintomi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sfortunatamente, la maggior parte degli endocrinologi non ha familiarit\u00e0 con gli approcci dietetici. Tra questi ci sono gli amminoacidi essenziali (insostituibili), condizionatamente essenziali e non essenziali. Ma quando parliamo di salute della tiroide, alcuni aspetti sono particolarmente importanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esistono amminoacidi essenziali, condizionatamente essenziali e non essenziali. Nove di questi sono molto importanti per la salute: istidina; isoleucina; leucina; lisina; metionina; fenilalanina; treonina; triptofano; valina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;organismo non pu\u00f2 produrre amminoacidi essenziali, questi devono essere assunti con gli alimenti. Spesso si consiglia di assumere proteine animali come carne, uova o latticini come fonte migliore. I prodotti a base di soia contengono tutti gli amminoacidi essenziali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perch\u00e9 l&#039;amminoacido tirosina \u00e8 cos\u00ec importante per la salute ghiandolare? \u00c8 il componente principale di <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bolenzdrav.com\/lyubopitno\/kafeto-zabavya-hormonite-na-shtitovidnata-zhleza\/\">ormoni tiroidei<\/a><\/strong> T3 e T4. Viene utilizzato insieme allo iodio per produrre questi ormoni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fenilalanina viene convertita dall&#039;organismo nell&#039;amminoacido tirosina e quindi favorisce indirettamente la salute della tiroide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La metionina \u00e8 coinvolta nella produzione di cisteina e glutatione.
