I lignani si trovano principalmente nei semi oleosi come i semi di lino e in alcuni cereali. Tuttavia, se ci sono grandi quantit\u00e0 di estrogeni nel corpo, possono indebolire il loro effetto, ad es. pu\u00f2 anche agire come anti-estrogenico.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esistono prove che i fitoestrogeni sopprimono la crescita delle cellule del tessuto ghiandolare nel seno (effetto anti-estrogenico) ma hanno un effetto positivo sulla densit\u00e0 ossea (effetto simile agli estrogeni).
