Nombreux sont ceux qui finissent par se demander\u00a0: \u201e\u00a0Existe-t-il d&#039;autres solutions que les seuls analg\u00e9siques\u00a0?\u00a0\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les compl\u00e9ments de collag\u00e8ne figurent parmi les options les plus fr\u00e9quemment \u00e9voqu\u00e9es. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les donn\u00e9es se sont accumul\u00e9es, issues non seulement d&#039;\u00e9tudes isol\u00e9es, mais aussi d&#039;analyses plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rales. Classiquement, cette maladie est irr\u00e9versible. Il n\u2019existe aucun traitement \u00e9prouv\u00e9 permettant de restaurer durablement le cartilage arthrosique \u00e0 son \u00e9tat initial. Ne perdez pas votre temps avec des rem\u00e8des traditionnels, souvent transmis oralement, sans que personne n\u2019ait d\u00e9montr\u00e9 leur efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La bonne nouvelle est que chez de nombreuses personnes, la gonarthrose peut \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9e. La douleur diminue, la mobilit\u00e9 du genou s&#039;am\u00e9liore, le besoin d&#039;antalgiques diminue et la progression de la maladie ralentit. Il est plus convaincant que plusieurs \u00e9tudes ind\u00e9pendantes montrent une tendance similaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1) M\u00e9ta-analyses : que disent les donn\u00e9es \u201e regroup\u00e9es \u201c ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 <strong>m\u00e9ta-analyse<\/strong>, ce qui conclut que <strong>La prise de collag\u00e8ne par voie orale am\u00e9liore la douleur et les r\u00e9sultats fonctionnels<\/strong> dans l&#039;arthrose (y compris du genou), l&#039;effet \u00e9tant statistiquement et cliniquement significatif dans les r\u00e9sultats globaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre analyse plus r\u00e9cente (ax\u00e9e sur les \u201e d\u00e9riv\u00e9s du collag\u00e8ne \u201c et utilisant des m\u00e9thodes plus rigoureuses telles que l\u2019analyse s\u00e9quentielle des essais) a \u00e9galement fait \u00e9tat de preuves d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et d\u2019innocuit\u00e9 dans l\u2019arthrose, malgr\u00e9 les r\u00e9serves habituelles concernant la qualit\u00e9 et l\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 des \u00e9tudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En d&#039;autres termes, comment le dire plus simplement\u00a0? De nombreux compl\u00e9ments alimentaires utilisent ce type de formulation, mais les donn\u00e9es cliniques confirment g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un effet symptomatique, et non une \u201e r\u00e9versibilit\u00e9 \u201c de la maladie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si vous souhaitez essayer\u00a0: comment le faire judicieusement (et en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est judicieux de consid\u00e9rer le collag\u00e8ne comme <strong>plan d&#039;exemple<\/strong>, plut\u00f4t que comme une promesse.
